Shipping policy

DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Cherish Dearly sells digital printable products only. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

After your payment is successfully processed, your purchased PDF file will be made available electronically through the download link provided after checkout and/or in the email sent to the address entered with your order. Delivery is typically immediate, but email delivery or payment processing may occasionally take a few minutes.

Please provide an accurate email address at checkout and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not appear. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files and for having compatible software, a suitable device, and printing access.

If you cannot access your download or believe the file is incomplete or corrupted, contact tina@cherishdearly.com with your name and order number. We will gladly assist with technical delivery or file-access issues.

Digital purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details.
