This website is operated by Cherish Dearly and is powered by Shopify. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cherish Dearly. By visiting our site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on our website.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Cherish Dearly sells digital printable products. No physical item will be shipped. Product images are illustrative, and colors and printed appearance may vary by screen, printer, paper, and settings. We may update, limit, or discontinue products at any time.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted after payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

4. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Purchased files are delivered electronically through the download method provided at checkout or by email. Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate email address and for having suitable software, devices, and printing access. If you have trouble accessing a purchased file, contact tina@cherishdearly.com.

5. REFUNDS

All digital-product purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the product for personal or household use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reproduce for commercial use, or make the digital files available to others.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, branding, product designs, text, graphics, images, and downloadable files are owned by Cherish Dearly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by a purchase.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the site or products for unlawful purposes; violate the rights of others; introduce malicious code; scrape, copy, or exploit the site; interfere with security features; or misrepresent your identity or purchasing information.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
